Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun announced Monday the company delivered more than 1,000 units of its debut model SU7 on Sunday as production ramp-up continues.
“Yesterday, we reached a new milestone by delivering over 1,000 units in a single day! Thanks to the hard work of our manufacturing and delivery teams. Our goal for October is to exceed 20,000,” Jun wrote on X.
Xiaomi deliveries surpassed (again) 10,000 deliveries in September as it aims to reach 120,000 deliveries this year.

A recently leaked document from Xiaomi’s supplier Bosch revealed that the smartphone giant aims to launch two models in 2025, including the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra and its first SUV, internally codenamed MX11.
A six-seater extended-range (EREV) SUV will follow in 2026.
The tech leader launched its inaugural model in late March with deliveries starting in April 2024. For this year, Xiaomi aims to deliver 120,000 EVs —up from the previous target of 100,000 units.
If the company achieves its goal of delivering 20,000 SU7 EVs this month, it will have reached this milestone just seven months after beginning production of its first model.
Over the last few months, the company led by Lei Jun has not been disclosing the exact number of cars delivered.
However, in the second quarter earnings results, the company informed that it delivered 27,307 vehicles from April to June resulting in 11,619 units in June.
