After entering the European Market through Norway, the EV maker plans to expand to four new european countries this year: Germany, Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands.
On January 22nd, the company revealed that the ET7 Model — announced last year during NIO DAY 2020 — will arrive to Norway during Q4. It was also announced that the new ET5 Model, with 1,000km range, will be available in Norway (and several other global markets) during the Spring of 2023.
NIO announced yesterday that the production and manufacturing of ET5 Model is “in full swing” in the Hefei Factory. The first units of the model unveiled during the last NIO Day, held last December, are expected to be delivered in September 2022. Recently, CEO William Li revealed that the Nio ET5 would also arrive in Norway and some other overseas markets from spring 2023.
NIO ES7 Model – that wasn’t officially announced by the Chinese EV maker yet – was seen on Spy Mode under tests. The video surged on Weibo, the Chinese Social Network, and suggests that the announcement might not be far. The new model is expected to be announced and released during this year and be among the NIO ET7 and ET5 with the first deliveries.
