After starting the renovation works at its NIO House in Berlin, the Shanghai-headquartered EV maker began to focus now on the second one in Germany, its next market after entering Europe through Norway in 2021.
According to our local source, the company started the renovation works at the NIO House in Frankfurt before expanding its showrooms to Hamburg and Munich, where it has its global design center.

The second NIO House in Germany is located in the heart of Frankfurt at Stiftstraße 43, 60313 and the renovation works already started, according to our local source.
The showroom will be on the main floor of the Residence Inn, a Hotel and Residence constructed in 2018 by the Marriott Group.

NIO House Frankfurt is set in the middle of Frankfurt/Main, close to Hauptwache and Zeil, one of the most iconic streets of the German city.
As done with the European NIO House in Oslo (Norway), the EV maker always looks for spacious buildings in the city center with large windows to the outside allowing plenty of natural light and easy visibility from the outside.

On July 15, the location of the first NIO House in Germany became known. The new space has been under renovation works and it is located in Berlin right in front of the Zoo Palast, one of the most touristy areas of the German capital.
The EV maker has been adding NIO Houses always enhancing that they are much more than a showroom for its products.
According to the company, these facilities include a Living Room (to relax and meet like-minded people), a Lab (to boost productivity in bookable meeting rooms and shared workspace), a Library, Forums (to spark ideas and inspiration), a “NIO Café”, and a Joy Camp dedicated to kids.

Earlier this month, the company started the renovation works at its first NIO House in The Netherlands. The showroom is located in Rotterdam at Meent /Delfsevaart streets, one of the most crowded areas of the Dutch city having also Volvo and Polestar showrooms nearby.
In late May, NIO‘s Communication Specialist in Norway Asbjørn Mitusch told local media NIO will open three new NIO Houses in the Nordic country. In the third quarter, the EV maker will open the second space in Bergen after arriving in Oslo in 2021.
The other two showrooms are located in Stavanger and in Trondheim and will open in the fourth quarter of 2022, as confirmed by Mitusch.
