Nio launched today 3 new Battery Swap Stations in China and gets ready to open officially the First European Station in Norway

On January 18, 2022, Nio launched its 793rd, 794th and 795th Battery Swap Station in China. Located in Guangzhou Huangpu, the 793th is the 49th in Guangfo Region and the second-generation power exchange station located in Huangpu District.

The station is located at No. 3889 Huangpu East Road, Huangpu District, Guangzhou City ( Guangdong Province). Within 1 kilometer, it has a business circle formed by many commercial centers. It is densely populated and can radiate more than 100,000 residents within 5 kilometers of the power exchange station, so that surrounding users can have no worries about daily power exchange. – Nio added.

The Chinese EV maker is only 5 stations away from the 800th being expected to reach it this week. Last Saturday, the company launched four stations, three new Super-Charging Stations and the upgrade of four stations located in Muchong area. The Chinese EV maker is in a good pace towards the 1,300 Battery Swap Stations goal by the year end.

NIO clarified that its 794th is located in Yiwu Cultural Square and is equipped with 6 120KW supercharge piles.

NIO closed 2021 with 777 Stations – being 11% above the update goal established last July of 700. The annual objective was reached three weeks before the year-end.

Recently, through a Press Release, NIO asked overseas Landowners to “Become a part of our journey” and help the company spread NIO Power Stations in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands.
