Chinese automaker XPeng aims to deliver between 550,000 and 600,000 vehicles globally in 2026.
The guidance was communicated in an internal meeting this Monday, as first reported by local media outlet 36Kr.
Considering the 429,445 vehicles delivered in 2025, the Guangzhou-based company is targeting a 28.1% to 39.7% growth this year.
In early 2025, XPeng set a delivery target of 380,000 vehicles, which it met in mid-November.
Between January 1 and November 30, the company had delivered 391,937 units, exceeding its target by 3% one month ahead of schedule.
By the end of the year, total deliveries were 13% above the guidance.
Upcoming Portfolio
XPeng is expected to launch seven models in 2026, including range-extended variants of already existing fully electric vehicles.
The company is aiming to boost demand by adding two SUVs to its Mona series — which includes the Mona M03 sedan, the brand’s more affordable and best-selling model.
According to 36Kr, two additional SUVs are expected to launch next year, including a luxury six-seater.
Last September, Nio launched the third-generation ES8 — a luxury three-row SUV that helped the Shanghai-based company achieve strong delivery numbers over the past two months.
A month earlier, Tesla had introduced the six-seat Model Y L in China, which also became a market best-seller amid strong competition in the six-seat segment.
The second SUV is expected to be a full-size flagship SUV, to compete with the extended-range Li Auto L9 and the Aito M9, available in both fully electric and EREV trims.
The four SUVs will be available in both hybrid and battery electric versions.
Additionally, XPeng has been updating its SUV portfolio — with the third-generation G6 and G9 having been launched a week ago.
Extended-Range Lineup
XPeng recently entered the hybrid segment in November by launching its first extended-range model — the Super-Extended Range X9 MPV.
According to 36Kr, the model had 8,000 pre-orders within five days, accounting for more than the total sales of the battery electric variant (BEV) in its first five months in the market.
Last week, XPeng debuted the G7 EREV, just five months after the model launched (as a fully electric) in China.
The launch event was, however, marked by the international debut of the new P7+, a sedan available in both EREV and BEV versions.
The P7+ and the upcoming Mona SUVs are expected to be key overseas models this year.
Upon announcing global delivery figures for 2025, XPeng said 45,008 vehicles were delivered outside of China — which represents about 10% of all units delivered last year.
The company plans to double the figure in 2026, the report noted, which indicates that it expects to deliver 90,016 vehicles across its international markets in the upcoming twelve months.
