XPeng announced Tuesday it delivered 21,352 electric vehicles in September setting a new record and representing a 39 percent growth from a year ago.
Last week, the manufacturer has officially launched in two additional European markets introducing the P7 sedan and both SUVs G6 and G9 in Portugal and Spain.
After delivering more than 20,000 units for three consecutive months in late 2023, the company kicked off the year with lower than expected sales.
However, since February, the Guangzhou headquartered manufacturer has been consecutively increasing its sales figures with the latest ones representing a new all record.

Of the 21,352 vehicles delivered last month, XPeng stated that its latest and most affordable model, the Mona M03, accounted for over 10,000 units — approximately 50 percent.
In a statement, the brand said the model “experienced a significant increase in orders since its market launch” in late August adding that “supply chain partners are sparing no effort” to prepare for “further production ramp-up.”
Regarding its assisted driving software, the XNGP, the company said the monthly active user penetration rate in urban areas reached 83 percent.
The company will unveil its new flagship sedan, the P7+, on October 10. Deliveries in China are expected to begin later this year, though the timeline for its debut in other markets remains unknown.
