XPeng said on Wednesday it is launching a limited-time Chinese New Year promotion for its Mona M03 sedan, its cheapest and best-selling model.

The Mona M03, which was launched in August 2024, starts at 119,800 yuan ($16,500). As part of the promotion running from February 7 to 28, buyers will receive an 888-kilowatt-hour charging card, a free 40,000-yuan ($5,500) sound system upgrade, and up to 3,000 yuan ($410) in trade-in subsidies.

The carmaker, which is preparing to launch its very first hybrid model, delivered more than 15,000 Mona M03 units per month for two consecutive months.

Customers opting for repurchase rights will also get an annual 1,500-kWh charging card for four years.
