Xpeng has been expanding in Europe at full speed. If the Chinese EV maker was recently known for selling its products in China and in a few European markets, that story is now over.

Over the last few weeks, the brand kicked off in the German market and announced dealer partners for Portugal, Spain, Hong Kong, and Macau. This time, Xpeng signed with Hedin Automotive to sell its fully electric models in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Hedin Automotive will play a crucial role in the introduction of Xpeng‘s advanced electric vehicles, including sales, after-sales service, and customer support.

The Guangzhou-based brand entered Europe via the Netherlands together with the Scandinavian countries Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

NEVER MISS AN UPDATE

Recently, the manufacturer released a new video depicting the shipment of 1,000 G9 SUVs from the port in Shanghai to Europe, ahead of the commencement of sales.

The G6 can be ordered from May and will be available at European Xpeng Stores later in the third quarter, the brand said in a statement. Xpeng is set to communicate prices and specifications by the end of this month.

XPeng delivered 9,026 vehicles in March, nearly doubling (99%) compared to the previous month and a 29% increase year-over-year. In total, XPENG delivered 21,821 units in the first quarter of 2024, reflecting a 20% increase compared to the same period last year.
