Xiaomi‘s automotive ambitions have been unexpectedly revealed in a new technology roadmap from its supplier Bosch.

The document shows that the smartphone giant aims to launch two models in 2025, including the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra and its first SUV, internally codenamed MX11. A six-seater extended-range (EREV) SUV will follow in 2026.

Powering the upcoming SU7 Ultra are two V8 electric motors and one V6 motor, delivering a combined output of 1,548 horsepower. The car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 1.97 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 350 km/h.

Xiaomi’s first SUV, the MX11, will also arrive next year. A third model, codenamed N3, will incorporate an extended-range power system and offer a six-seat configuration.

According to the Bosch roadmap, both the Xiaomi SU7 and MX11 will feature Dynamic Power Braking (DPB) and Electronic Stability Program (ESP) systems. Meanwhile, the N3 will adopt Bosch’s latest Intelligent Power Braking (IPB) 2.0 technology.

In August, Xiaomi delivered over 10,000 vehicles for the third consecutive month without specifying the concrete number of units.

Over the last few months, the brand led by Lei Jun has not been disclosing the exact number of cars delivered. However, in the second quarter earnings results, the company informed that it delivered 27,307 vehicles from April to June resulting in a revenue of 6.2 billion yuan — equivalent to $871 million.
