Tesla is about to begin delivering the first units of the Cybertruck in Mexico. In recent days, multiple videos and pictures have been posted on X, showing several units being transported across the country in preparation for the initial deliveries.
Tesla started Cybertruck deliveries in November 2023, four years after the vehicle’s official unveiling event took place in Los Angeles.
Deliveries in Canada are scheduled to start in late October after Tesla opened orders in early August, Tesla’s Cybertruck Vehicle Program Manager said on X.
Since this electric truck became available in November 2023, the company has been delivering the Foundation Series Cybertrucks price at about $100,000. The company led by Elon Musk is expected to deliver all reservations of the pricier units soon as production ramp up continues at GigaTexas.
The company has recently shared its AI roadmap revealing that it expects to launch its Full Self Driving (FSD) software for the Cybertruck later this month.
