Rivian announced on Monday that it will introduce zero-percent annual percentage rate (APR) financing on its flagship quad-motor EVs for the first time, according to an email sent to customers.
The promotion, effective from February 3 through the end of the month, targets the 2026 model year (MY26) Quad Max variants of the R1T pickup and R1S SUV launched in July.
“Starting February 3, we’re introducing 0% APR on the MY26 Quad Max for the very first time,” the company said in an email seen by EV.
“Pair that with our $6,500 Lease Cash Offer and extended 0% APR across our Tri and Dual Performance models, there’s never been a better time to switch to electric,” Rivian added in the email.
The offers run through the end of February while supplies last and customers must take delivery by March 3.
Quad-Motor Specifications
The second-generation Quad-Motor vehicles feature four motors delivering a combined 1,025 horsepower and 1,198 lb-ft of torque.
It does 0-60 mph in 2.5 seconds and completes the quarter mile in 10.5 seconds.
“The new motors are oil-cooled, significantly improving thermal performance during high-torque, low-speed driving such as rock crawling while also improving range efficiency during low-torque, high-speed cruising on highways,” the company said when it unveiled the new iteration.
Quad-Motor models include standard features such as Dynamic Glass Roof, Rivian Premium Audio, Darkout Package, Air Compressor, and reinforced underbody shield.
The R1S Quad starts at $121,990 and the R1T Quad starts at $115,990.
The Launch Edition units were priced from $125,990 for the R1S and $119,990 for the R1T.
Monthly Incentive Updates
Rivian updates its incentives monthly, typically within the first few days of each month.
In early January, the company introduced offers including updated leasing prices, discounts on R1 models, and lower financing rates for select variant.
The brand’s portfolio currently features the 2026 R1S, priced from $76,990, and the 2026 R1T pickup, starting at $72,990.
The truck received a $2,000 price increase late last year as Rivian made several optional features standard.
Recent Sales Performance
Rivian is estimated to have sold 3,606 vehicles in the United States in December, according to Motor Intelligence data — down from approximately 4,500 units in November.
January figures are planned to be released on Tuesday, February 3.
The company reported deliveries of 9,745 EVs in the fourth quarter and 42,247 units for full-year 2025 — down by about 18% from 2024.
R2 Launch
Rivian is preparing to launch the R2 SUV later this year, with production set to begin at its main plant in Illinois by June.
While the entry-level variant will be listed at $45,000, the company has confirmed it will not be available at launch.
