Lucid’s Senior VP Eric Bach Sells 90,000 Shares

Eric Bach, Senior Vice President of Product and Chief Engineer at Lucid Motors, has sold 89,959 shares, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission from Friday.

Bach sold over $282,000 in Lucid stock at an average price of $3.14 each, a reduction of less than 5% of its stake. Following the sale, the executive owns now 2,028,268 shares in the electric vehicle maker.

Year to date, Lucid shares have declined by 25%, closing at $3.14 on Friday—37% above the all-time low of $2.29 reached in late April.

Bach, the former Director of Engineering at Tesla, joined Lucid in 2o15 as a Senior Director of Body Engineering. In late 2018, he was promoted to Vice President of Hardware Engineering before becoming Lucid’s Senior Vice President of Product and Chief Engineer.

From 2000 until late 2011, Bach held various engineering and program leadership positions at Volkswagen Group, across both Germany and the United States.
