Lucid Motors reported earlier this month that it delivered 5,345 vehicles globally in the fourth quarter and a total of 15,841 in 2025.
According to data published by Cox Automotive on Tuesday, 4,330 of these were sold in the United States.
The latest Kelley Blue Book EV Sales Report showed that the Lucid Air accounted for 3,188 of these vehicles, while the Gravity totaled 1,142 EVs.
The company’s CFO Taoufiq Boussaid stated late last year that Lucid‘s second model would outsell the Air sedan for the first time in the fourth quarter, becoming the major driver of the new output record.
“Q4 will be primarily the Gravity quarter. It will represent the majority of our production and our sales,” Boussaid said then. “And again, as I said, this is as per our initial expectation and plan.”
Small scale deliveries of the Gravity SUV began in the final days of 2024 for Lucid employees and their families.
As of late March 2025, customer deliveries had not yet started, as interim CEO Marc Winterhoff stated then that they were expected to begin “by the end of April.”
By the end of the year, a total of 1,801 Gravity SUVs were registered in the US, according to Cox Automotive.
The company delivered 10,813 Air sedans in its domestic market last year, an increase of 17% compared to 2024.
Sales Outside the US
Together, the two models accounted for 12,614 Lucid EVs registered in the United States last year — a 36.6% increase from the previous year, with the introduction of the new model.
They represented 79.6% of the company’s total deliveries.
Deliveries in the remaining seven markets — including Canada, Germany, Norway, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia and the UAE — totaled 3,227 vehicles in 2025.
Of these, 1,015 were sold in the fourth quarter.
Europe
According to registration figures published by both national official authorities and the EU-EVs platform, Lucid sold 319 vehicles across its four European markets last year, a 32% decline from 470 units the prior year.
Considering the over 15,800 vehicles delivered last year, Europe represented just 2% of the company’s total registrations.
During the fourth quarter, the company registered 72 vehicles — including a four-unit low in October, 42 EVs in November and 26 in December.
Orders for the Gravity SUV opened across Europe in September, following its debut at the IAA Auto Show in Munich.
European deliveries were scheduled to begin later this month.
Some countries have reported registrations for the model, however it is unclear whether these are customer deliveries or vehicles meant for showrooms or media events, as the company has not officially confirmed that deliveries have begun.
Canada and Middle East
In contrast, in the Middle East, a Lucid employee posted on LinkedIn last October that the first Gravity SUVs had been delivered in Saudi Arabia — nine months after the company began accepting orders for the SUV in that market.
As of Wednesday, the company has not announced that deliveries have commenced in either Saudi Arabia or in the UAE.
Lucid is upgrading its semi knock-down (SKD) facility to fully produce vehicles there starting later this year.
The company’s President for the Middle East Region Faisal Sultan revealed last year that they will produce the upcoming mid-size platform in the plant, which is already “being designed and engineered.”
Interim CEO Winterhoff told Bloomberg this Wednesday that Saudi Arabia production remains scheduled to begin later this year.
In Canada, orders for the Gravity opened in February 2025, and deliveries for the top-trim began in November.
Considering US and European figures, Lucid‘s deliveries in Canada and the Middle East in the final quarter of 2025 reached 943 vehicles and a total of 2,908 vehicles in 2025.
Lucid currently operates over 60 locations — including both studios and service centers — in the US.
In Canada, it opened two studios near the border — one in Montreal, Quebec, and another one in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Its retail presence also includes eight studios across its European markets, three in Saudi Arabia, and two in the UAE (located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi).
