Chinese automaker Li Auto officially launched on Thursday its new entry model L6 with deliveries scheduled to start later in the month. The premium five-seat family extended range SUV is priced at 249,800 yuan ($34,500) for the Pro trim and 279,800 yuan for the Max trim.

Equipped with Mind GPT, Li Xiang Tong Xue serves as “an excellent driving assistant that well understands user needs,” the manufacturer stated.
In terms of autonomous driving, the Li L6 Pro boasts Li AD Pro as standard, driven by a Horizon Robotics Journey 5 chip delivering 128 TOPS of computing power. Meanwhile, the Li L6 Max is equipped with Li AD Max as standard, powered by dual Orin-X chips, offering an impressive 508 TOPS of computing power.
Other features include a panoramic sunroof, compressor-based refrigerator, and a spacious trunk with one-click electric folding and reset of the rear seats, providing flexible storage options.
NEVER MISS AN UPDATE
In the second half of the year, Li Auto will be releasing another three pure electric SUV models with 5C charging and all-wheel drive. In the last earnings call, in late February, Li Auto’s Executive Director and President Donghui Ma guaranteed that those models will be “very, very competitive”.
Ma commented that the company “would like to focus exclusively on over 200,000 yuan family markets globally” adding that the strategy is “to continue to dive deep into this market, create a brand, and expand the market share”.
