Zeekr, the premium electric vehicle brand under Geely Holding Group, has opened its first store in Brazil after having expanded to the South American market in October. The carmaker is now present across nearly 40 markets worldwide and is preparing to unveil its first hybrid model at the 2025 Shanghai Auto Show in April.

In October, the EV maker debuted its flagship model, the 001 sedan, with prices starting at BRL 428,000 ($69,070). One month later, Zeekr added the Zeekr X model to the Brasilian lineup.

Zeekr has also recently introduced both models in Costa Rica and Mexico, priced at MXN 988,000 ($48,700) and MXN 799,000 ($38,500), respectively. In Colombia, the brand will soon launch the 001 and X models while deploying its own charging network in the country.

In 2025, Zeekr plans to launch the recently launched (Model Y competitor) Zeekr 7X SUV in Europe, with deliveries beginning in the summer across the Netherlands, Sweden, and Norway.

The brand aims to launch in Japan and South Korea in Asia and has already begun sales in Australia in 2024, with plans for the Zeekr 7X SUV in 2025.

After expanding to Europe with the 001 and the X models, Zeekr announced Monday it is introducing the five-seater SUV 7X in its European markets. The Zeekr 7X was launched in China last August and the first European deliveries are expected in “summer 2025” across the Netherlands, Sweden, and Norway.

In Europe, prices for the mid-size SUV will start at €52,990 ($55,700) in the Netherlands, 579,000 SEK in Sweden, and 539,900 NOK in Norway for the single-motor version.

The company delivered 27,011 vehicles in November, more than double the figure from a year ago and a new record for the third consecutive month.

As of the end of November, the brand had delivered 194,933 vehicles this year, up 85% when compared to the first eleven months of 2023. To reach its annual target, Zeekr needs to deliver 35,067 vehicles in December.
