Electric vehicle (EV) startup Faraday Future announced Tuesday it hosted the NBA star James Harden at its headquarters in Los Angeles teasing that both will create “something truly epic together.”
Harden’s portfolio includes minority ownership stakes in Major League Soccer’s Houston Dynamo and the National Women’s Soccer League’s Houston Dash, as well as investments in various brands, including Therabody, BodyArmor, Art of Sport, Stance, and Pura, where he serves as Creative Director.
Additionally, Mr. Harden is the founder of Thirteen, a fine dining restaurant based in Houston.

On LinkedIn, the EV startup said it “looks forward to co-creating something truly epic together that resonates with our audience”.
“We had the privilege of welcoming NBA All-Star James Harden to our FF Headquarters. It’s inspiring to connect with such a talented athlete, and we look forward to co-creating something truly epic together that resonates with our audience!”, the company stated on LinkedIn.
Earlier this week, the company delivered the third EV this year a few days after announcing plans to launch a sub-brand that will target vehicles priced below $30,000 and $50,000.
Year to date, Faraday shares have lost about 89 percent of their value based on Friday’s closing price.
